Starter tokens arrive when you sign up. The one-time +20 bonus lands the first time you open the installed app. Referral tokens land when your friend joins through your invite. If one seems missing, give it a minute and refresh — then send us a ticket below.

Allow the pop-up for the sign-in window, make sure cookies aren't blocked, and try again. If it still won't go through, try a different browser and contact us.

Alerts are opt-in — turn them on in your Account. On iPhone you must Add VS Compete to your Home Screen first, then reopen it. If they're blocked, re-enable notifications in your browser or phone settings. Full steps are in the alerts guide.

Check your phone's silent/vibrate switch (it mutes web audio), make sure the in-game music/sound is toggled on, and confirm your browser isn't muting the tab.

Results are confirmed on our servers, so a clean win always counts. If a result still looks wrong, send us the details (game, time, and what happened) and we'll investigate.

Digital rewards unlock instantly. Physical prizes are shipped after you redeem — send us a ticket with your order and we'll check the status for you.
