You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and provided an accurate date of birth. We may require additional verification of age and identity before issuing prizes.
Paid skill competitions and token purchases are not available in every jurisdiction. Where paid competitions are restricted, you may still use free-play features. We use location signals (including IP address and, at payment, your billing location) to determine eligibility, and reserve the right to restrict or disable paid features in any region. You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, or other means to misrepresent your location.
Paid competitions and token purchases are currently disabled in the following U.S. states (subject to confirmation and update by counsel): Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. One account per person. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
VS Compete offers games of skill. Outcomes are determined by player performance — speed, accuracy, memory, and reaction — not by chance. The Service is not a lottery, sportsbook, or casino, and tokens are not wagers. Each competition pits players against one another in identical, skill-based challenges.
“Tokens” are a virtual, in-app item used to enter competitions and redeem merchandise. Tokens:
Token purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. All token purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are shown before purchase and may change. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method.
Tokens may be redeemed for merchandise and digital items shown in the Prize Wall, subject to availability. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. We may require identity/age verification, a valid shipping address, and compliance checks before fulfilling a prize. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, to limit redemptions, and to refuse or reverse redemptions obtained through fraud, error, or violation of these terms. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

We may void results, withhold or reverse tokens and prizes, and suspend or ban accounts for violations.
Referral rewards are issued only for genuine new users and may be capped, delayed, or withheld. Self-referral, fake accounts, and abuse are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.
The Service, including its games, software, artwork, logos, and content, is owned by Token-Duel and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token-Duel and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens, prizes, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and unredeemed tokens may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We share only what is necessary with providers that help us operate, including: Supabase (accounts, database, hosting of game data), Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), Resend/email provider (notifications), an IP-geolocation provider (eligibility), and shipping/fulfillment partners for physical prizes. We do not sell your personal information.
We use browser local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and anti-fraud purposes. Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@vscompete.com.
The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete such information if discovered.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
