Is VS Compete legal in Delaware?

Short answer: Yes, you can play VS Compete in Delaware — but in Free Play mode only. Every one of our skill games is open and you can climb the Rank Points leaderboard, but paid token competitions and the token store are turned off for players located in Delaware. We take a conservative, region-by-region approach and switch off paid play in states where the rules around skill-based prize contests are unsettled or stricter. Nothing here changes for free play — you get the full arcade.

What you can do in Delaware

• Play every skill game free — Reaction, Trivia, Memory, Quick-Draw and the rest of the arcade are all open.
• Climb the leaderboard — earn Rank Points and compete for standing on the public boards.
• Play with friends — friendly duels and Party mode work normally.

What's turned off in Delaware

• Paid token competitions — head-to-head matches where tokens are staked.
• The token store — buying token packs.
• Prize redemption that requires paid tokens.

If our review of the rules in Delaware changes, we may enable paid competitions later. Free Play is always open regardless.
